Center Bayou is a large contiguous recreational tract containing 2,284 +/- acres and located in Colfax, Louisiana just 8 miles east of I-49 and 12 miles west of Hwy 167. The entire western boundary fronts the banks of Bayou Darrow, while the majority of the eastern side borders Bayou Rigolette. With the size of this entire block, it would set up great for a corporate retreat or multi-owner recreational investment. The local genetics coupled with supplemental feeding and mature harvest in just a few years, would have this tract producing massive deer with the added benefit of the duck, hog and small game hunting.
